What guests loved:

Very good big room. Had a sofa and two armchairs. Nice balcony and a lot of natural light, with the easy option of blocking it. Clean room and nice bathroom. Great spa area. Nice varied breakfast.

Areas for improvement:

A small shower, and the hot swimming pools were not hot enough.

What guests loved:

Very cosy and beautiful hotel, with family touch which you can really feel in a lot of details. The food was really good with a la carte dinner choices, each dish was delicious. Staff was very friend...

Areas for improvement:

One receptionist was not very helpful. The hiking kids backpacks were very old and in a very bad condition, it would be better not to count on them.
